Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging with all accessories and invoice. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products without manufacturing defects
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories or serial tags
  • Software, gift cards and downloadable content
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

3. How to Request a Return

Email support@voltedge.shop with your order ID and reason. Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
